Cliff,

Thanks for your explanation of your AOL issue.

We do not run a regular e-newsletter like you, but do have need to
reach our customer base for update notices on occasion. Can you
explain, or give us reference to, a more complete explanation of
such issues as abuse@ mailboxes (is that a standard mailbox that
everyone should activate?), and the forward and reverse DNS issues?
