Expect to pay $2.5 k USD per million consumers via Venture Direct.
Negotiate to get there. They generally start you off at $5k per
million...Tell them you have a 5k budget and want 3 million consumers.
They may not have a list that big for your target market. I was
targetting investors. It worked out well.
