1. Let me re-emphasize that we are UK-only!

2. There seem to be *extremely* wide discrepancies
   regarding price £1500 per 3 million at one
   extreme is what GBP 0.0005 per email whereas 50cents
   an email 50cents (exch rate of 1.6) is GBP 0.30.

3. Have any of you guys actually USED anyone in the UK?
   Can you recommend anyone?
  
   My instincts are that we should be careful and only
   deal in up-market and opt-in lists.

   But for strategic reasons we are looking for relatively
   rapid growth. Is there any good reason for NOT just
   buying 3 million email address? In what way(s) is this
   likely to back fire? (Other than mail-server bounces).

   Remember too that we are targeting a very high
   socio-economic group. AB more than C1. Business Class,
   and First Class airline passengers.
   Is there a danger of eroding our brand... ?
   Or doesnt this matter, so long as we have legal right
   to use the names we have bought/rented to spam people.

4. Sorry but I dont think that we want to deal
   with "shady" organisations that won't even put their
   address and phone number up on their website (Mary!).
