Yes. Fair enough.
I have the budget, but we are under-resourced and we desperately
need to outsource the administration of our PPC and affiliation
campaigns.

Can anyone give me any advice about how to find someone really
good (in the UK, probably London)?

Recap: We are a B2C, sealed-bid auction outfit offering upmarket
aspirational weekends, holidays and gadgets.

We have tried a various outfits and so far have had pretty
disasterous results so far compared to what we can do for
ourselves. We need to grow scale fairly quickly but unfortunately
we dont have the staff internally.
