I'll second Cliff's comments, especially those about having an address and
phone number. I would never deal with a business that won't publish these.
It's just smell of scam/ripoff I'm afraid.

If you want to be one step away from people calling at your door then as
Cliff says rent a post office box number. Doesn't cost much but does give
the public a handle on where to praise/complain. Publish a phone number
even if you won't be able to answer it every time it rings. Make sure
there's a decent message which sets peoples expectation about when you will
be able to respond.


Well that's my thoughts and it seems to work for us.
