10K, $10,000 a month is about right when things are pumping a long.
There are several fantasitic affiliate program managers. One option is
to look at a successful affiliate program, join it, and when you are
contacted by the affiliate manager, ask them how much of their time you
can buy to run your program. Most affiliate managers are running 60-70%
and are willing to diversify. There use to be a great global team called
Adnet International. But you need to have a budget, such as 10k a month
to do business with them.

There is a company by the name of http://www.6smarketing.com/ that have
dominated our local area for 4-5 years in Vancouver Canada. They managed
a mutual client's PPC campaign globally. (Hotel) My advice would be to
phone or email people with PPC experience within the UK and who are
willing to manage an affiliate presence. Once this is successfully in
place, email market your product and your affiliate program.

I am sure that there are 20 or more capable affiliate managers within
this group that have worked successfully within the UK.
