In the Internet and tech industry you will find the same or similar answer
that Google is easy-to-use and provides accurate results. That's exactly
how I came across Google several years ago - through word-of-mouth from
colleagues.
In any brand, including 'Rob Frankle', if and when something or someone
better comes along and people take to it, there's possible a chance of
breaking or dilution of brand. I don't think every brand is completely
bulletproof. However, Google has well-weathered the coming and going of
new, easier-to-use, more accurate and far more creative methods of
searching. And even through their careful integration of AdWords and other
commercial pollution, I_ve only seen their popularity grow stronger, and
reputation for providing an easy-to-use interface and accuracy remain steady
on course.
