 I must agree with everything that David has given you Maya. I agree mostly
that whenever you make someone work (the browser user) whereby they have to
download the plug in, the system is doomed.

 The sealer for me though is that after being pitched by one of their
telemarketers, ( I do like to get sold by potential competitors from time to
time. I also do it as a favor to my clients) I started investigating them.
It seems that IgetNet has allowed themselves to be sold by independent
boiler rooms and email spam artists. I have heard all kinds of
misrepresentations of what this plug-in can do and who the company is (owned
by Microsoft etc.)

 That was enough for me to give a thumbs down. I mean common sense would
dictate if Real Names who was owned by Microsft could not make the model
work (without the neccessity of a plug-in mind you. It was bundeled into
IE),then will this boiler room operation?
