Are your newsletters getting through to subscribers?

Curious to know from the group if your subscribers are complaining they
are not receiving their opt-in newsletters? We have about 20% not
getting through. If you are experiencing this problem, how are you
insuring that your subscribers are receiving the newsletter? What is
your bounce rate? Or are your subscribers not complaining? Are you
spending a significant amount of time writing to avoid spam filters?
What tricks can you share with the group to avoid getting bounced? I
would assume subscribers who pay for newsletters are even a bigger
concern.

Thank you,
