Geographic Search Advertising vs. Yellow Pages

The telephone Yellow Pages ad system may have already
taken a beating from the Internet, but with the big
news that Google and Overture are testing and
releasing targeted geographic search, which should
have targeted paid sponsorships, I wonder if this will
be the final straw?

Search for "hot tubs" and have Google Adwords serve
ads for Hot Tub dealers in your city? Car breaks down
and you look up a mechanic using your wireless PDA...
with ads targeted to your area via GPS.

Do you advertise in the Yellow Pages or in Google or
Overture? How do you think geographic search will
effect these industries?
