Email address hijacked by spammers

From: William Rice <wrice_at_webaward.org>

Recently I began receiving bounced emails being sent to numerous AOL
accounts. The problem is that I did not send any of the emails in the
first place. It appears that someone is using my domain as the return
address for the spam they send out. The return address is a random
gusihfhsiuf_at_mydomain.com

Someone is trying to use the credibility of my organization to increase
their open rate and it is bound to hurt my organization's reputation and
have our domain added to black lists. I sent an email explaining the
situation to the postmaster at AOL and received a canned response back
on how to report spam. How can I track down who is doing this and put a
stop to it?

Can any one help?
