Bill, this is terrible!

I know this is a pedestrian question, but have you been able to see the ads
that are sent out under your domain?

If you can figure out where the "respond to" link goes, you can track down
the site owner by doing a "WhoIs" search. This will give you the site
admin's telephone number and (sometimes) a valid snail mail address.

I hope you can get this sorted out quickly.
