Contextual Ads, Overture, and Quigo

Google's AdSense is making some really big waves in
the Ad market, and Overture announced their Content
Match ads which similarly serve ads which are targeted
to relevant site content.

Quigo is serving the Content Match throughout Yahoo
now, and Content Match shows up on MSN- however, I
have heard nothing more about Quigo and whether or not
they will offer their advertising to small/medium
publishers as Google has.

Any news about this?

Do you really think that Overture would ever catch up
to Google with Contextual Advertising anyway?
