Jim:

Don't re-brand anything. Go with the biggies and let them distribute
it the way they will.

For example, Shel Horowitz recently sold Southwest Airlines a bunch
of his books totally under his own name. You can reach him via
frugalfun.com. Corporations and agencies actually have bought my
book in bulk.

If you're self-publishing, I have e-books on the subject. I fired
McGraw-Hill for screwing up my book. When I took matters into my own
hands, things took off like a rocket.
