PR actually isn't as difficult or expensive as it sounds. Do a search to
find a good press release format, then start submitting your release to the
editor of every publication that seems relevant. You may not get published
in Maxim or GQ, since you're competing with them in a sense, but any other
publication that deals with dating or self-help may pick up your story.

I suggest you clean up your site before spending any time or money on
advertising or PR though.
