e-commerce Christmas in the UK

This is my first full on e-commerce Christmas (mail order sector).

To help me understand where I am, I need some input from everyone.

Here's the picture.

I have increased traffic on one site by over 145% and the other over
300%. Not bad for a years work, but the orders are not reflecting this.
Not even 10% increase in sales for November, online. Okay the postal
strike here in the UK may have had a knock on effect.

How is everyone else fairing, especially in sales. (Please let me know
what sector you work in.)
