Re: Setting local website ad rates?

We have a similar problem: we run a portal site that is very focused
to a specific worldwide professional market (people involved in
import and export worldwide). I find it difficult convincing
advertisers that they are getting real value for their money instead
of just worthless numbers. Does anybody have some suggestions about
how to handle this? (and does anybody know somebody who would be
willing to be a sales rep??)
