Barney, what data do you provide them? What do they track on their end?

It's tough to give advice without more information from you. Are the
advertisers concerned that they're not getting the ROI they expect or are
they simply unable to quantify the ROI due to lack of tools and processes to
measure it? Is it also possible that leads aren't converting because of
poor online/offline conversion on their end which can be improved? If
you're more specific and provide some details I can probably give you some
advice.
