As they say, you get what you pay for....

And truthfully, you aren't paying enough. If you ask someone to work on
commission, those rates can go alot higher. It depends on how likely it
is to achieve your goal. You may have a completely obscure category in which
you do business, and then you would have tremendously difficulty achieving
your numbers.

You might do better to hire someone on a fee basis. This notion of people
work harder seeking a commission is insulting to think that they only work
when their is a reward at the end. You also might save yourself some money.
Someone might do this for $7500 per month for a 3 month timeframe, costing
you $22,500. The 20% commission was $50,000 total cost.
