Try a headhunter, newspaper ad, online ads, industry organizations,
industry pub classifieds, or talking to your prospective buyers. They
see sales people all the time.

As far as the commission goes, money talks. The more money involved, the
larger the pool of candidates you will have. Play around with different
commission structures that include or do not include a base. If you want
someone to come on board and risk their time selling your product, they
will likely want to be well compensated.
