In response to Ryan Gibson's message...I am responding to the first part....
" have a question with regards to domain names. A number of domains are
becoming available due to non-renewals. I have been keeping tabs on
domains as the come due and picking-up a few as I go along. They often
yield anywhere from 100 - 1000 hits more a month from people looking for
the website that "was once there."
Is there a market in selling this traffic monthly? If VentureCapital.com
came available and 1000 hits per month came across it, would this not be
the most targeted marketing you could receive online?"

Ryan, I heard about this subject after reading some ideas from small
website owners in an article on trafficology.com. There seems to be
website owners that will pick up old domain names and redirect the
traffic to their website. It is a plausible idea that can increase
traffic to your website.
