While there are many services that resell "trash traffic", most do not
accept dormant domains and still many are a shady operations. One in
particular owes me several hundred dollars, of which I'm sure I will never
see.

All that said, you'll find a handful of programs that will resell your
residual domain name traffic, but you won't get rich doing this. I current
see about $5-$10/mo from my domains at
http://www.trafficz.com/default.asp?o=kp8259 who has an easy to use program
for those with a large domain portfolio. Yet, it may not be worth the effort
setting up the domains for such little return.

Afternic just recently announced a PPC rev-share program for owners who list
domains for sale and opt to participate in the parked page program. The
catch, you must be willing to sell/list your domain with Afternic. No
telling how this will pan out.
