I am looking to advertise a brand of Cell Phone in USA. I reviewed quite a few
nline advertising options. I wanted to know about SMS Advertsiing. Below are
points I would like have the information on SMS Advertising;
 
How can I advertise through SMS. Do I need to hire an agency? If I want to do it
myself what capabilities, capacities I will require to do it?

I need some statistical information on SMS advertising response rate in the USA.
