Hi Jim,

If you tell me your idea, I'll tell you if it can be patented. :)

Seriously, this is almost as assine as people wanting / getting patents
on business processes because they had the word Internet to it.

I would think the best approach is NDA, but even then, it comes down to
who has the bigger team of lawyers. Agreements aren't worth the paper
they are writtien on unless you can fight it out in court.

But of course IANAL, so I have no idea what I'm talking about.
