1. AOL Blocking.

Here's the first step http://postmaster.aol.com/.

AOL was blocking everything from my company's mail server IP. After a
month or so of talking to tech people, I got the mail server on their
"whitelist".

After that, I discovered that whenever an email had a link to our main
school, aiuonline, that email would also get blocked (I'll leave out the
link so that THIS newsletter doesn't get blocked!). Many people that
work at that school had the link in their signature, and they can't get
through to AOL subscribers, despite being on the whitelist. So now I'm
working on getting the link off their black list.

I do a lot of advertising with AOL, and that doesn't help this process
one bit.
