Bill,
couple possible causes. If all your newsletters are being
blocked then you may want to check if your service provider
is on the AOL "blacklist". If an account that uses the same
service provider has sent unsolicited email to AOL, AOL may
have blocked all email traffic from that IP or block of
IP's. The other possible cause (and very likely) is AOL is
just blocking you at the server...no bounce, no reason, no
shit. they basically block all email with html or anything
other than text.
A simple way to test is to send a text only email to the
list (or a small sample first). Maybe tell them you've been
trying to get thru but AOL has you blocked. The way for
users to let you through is if they add you to their address
book. There should also be an option to "show images and
enable links" someplace in the preferences settings as well
(unless AOL 9 took that option away). If you can't even get
a single, simple text email through, then your ISP is
probably blacklisted. You can request they move you to
another email server farm with a diff IP range, but frankly
you may have a better response finding a new provider. Try
the small text email first...
