Have you considered that the culprit isn't necessarily traffic, but
qualified traffic? I can't tell you how many clients come to me with
a challenge like this. The answer turns out not to be a traffic
issue, but a branding issue. Specifically, why aren't more nurses
staying and participating at your site?

Why aren't those nurses evangelizing to their friends?

Those are branding issues. Once solved, they convert more of the
traffic that you get. So quantity may not be where you should be
looking. Quality is where it's at.
