The AOL blocking episode sounds like a nightmare. I am wondering about the
role that Lyris played in the whole thing.

Are you running the list on one of their hosted accounts, or on a machine
in-house? Did Lyris provide any support or assistance in resolving the
issue for you?

Also, were you ever able to see any of the supposed complaints sent by list
members to AOL? Some of the messages on this list have stated that one AOL
customer can shoot down a whole list. Is there any substantiation of that?

Any help would be appreciated.
