OpenOffice, the open source alternative to Microsoft Office, includes a
tool called Impress, which I use and HIGHLY recommend. For that matter,
the whole office suite is a suitable replacement for MS Office for
internal use. The only real problem comes if you have to exchange
documents with people who are using MS Office, as the import/export
functions are good, but not perfect.
