Setting up an Internet radio station

I've got a problem. See, I am trying to set up an Internet radio station with multiple
channels. I expect it to be mostly news, a lot of talk and a lot of new music (newly
created). I already have a fairly largish site with around 50 Mn pvs, a streaming video
facility and a Speedera caching facility. I need to get in content from geographically
dispersed places- my hub is Delhi but each channel is likely to emanate from a diff
town.

How do I set up a multi-channel station like this in a cost -effective manner. My
partners are organisations strapped for cash.

Would appreciate any advice/tips/help.

Many thanks

Kaustuv
