B2B2C Advertising Business Models

As a consultant working out of Paris/France, I am working on a client's
Business Plan for a new online fashion related B2B2C business start-up.
The BM can be summarized as a B2B2C model where the B2B part will be
emphasized at first and then the B2C will be added on later.

The issue I have is the following: The B2B target audience/visitor is
small, specialized and high unitary value, and the B2C target
audience/visitor is the general public with all the general
characteristics. One of the sources of revenue for the site after the
first year is advertising, but given such a wide range of visitors, we
have an issue in developing a clear and fair advertising BM to address
all the visitors, i.e. how do you charge for the ads, when a visitor
could be a high unitary value professional visitor or a general public
surfing the site? We have considered the Professional Newsletter, but
the model does not lend itself to this approach.

Any ideas? Do you know of any sites with similar issues? And does
anyone have information about Ad BMs in the fashion industry?

Thanks,
