Overture's "New Term" Thing

Is anyone running into the funky phenomenon on Overture's PPC ads, where in
the reports it adds a listing for "New Term" within the terms the client has
bid on? The "New Term" listed shows Zero Impressions and up to Three clicks,
yielding a CTR of 300%, which then gets added into the CTR for the entire
buy. Some of my clients have even been charged for this mystery "New Term"

I imagine this is some sort of technical glitch, but still...anyone see a
problem with this? I have noticed it happening for months now, across
several different kinds of clients and a variety of different accounts.
