Mom & Pop shop, just Fred, Lamont and Rollo. On occasion, Aunt Esther lends
a hand so its mostly family. 1-800-Got Junk is a nearby competitor that
franchises nationwide, but he does not want to join them or go beyond his
comfort zone in (proverbial) Watts. I suggested that he paint the side of
his truck the way 1-800 does, but he seemed resistant because his truck has
seen better days. (Understandable)

My first thought is to study Got Junk and see what they are doing. Beyond
that, I'm scratching my head and shrugging my shoulders.
