I am not sure exactly what you mean by "garbage hauling business".

If you are referring to a Garbage Refuse business (as we call them
in oklahoma) merely pick up the garbage bags at the curb and drop
them off at the land fill. Not really sure if you could market that
online or not.

However, it sounds more like a salvage business. I would think that
if you accurately catalog all that stuff and put it in a online and
searchable database that you wouldn't have too much problem
getting it to go. There are a lot of junk (er, excuse me antique)
collectors out there that would love to browse through it.
