Re: Overture's "New Term" Thing

I called up overture about this 'New Term' thing and they said that
when you submit a bunch of listings, they appear as 'New Term' or
sometimes even 'Null Term'. It does get resolved into individual
terms within 48 hours, though mine took more than that. But the
funny thing is if you have a huge list of terms and if you submit
keywords frequently, you wont know which terms did this 'New
Term' resolve into.

Check your reports very thoroughly, I have had very bad experience
with my reports and billing. I was wrongly billed on 2 ocassions for
more than $500, though Overture did credit me the money back,
but had I not brought it to their notice, it would have gone unnoticed.
