For each AD:TECH event there is a call for papers. The call
for papers for the May San Francisco event and the July
Chicago event went out in early December 2003. To get on the
list to receive future calls for papers (AD:TECH New York
will be November 8-10, 2004), send an email to Cindi Gallucci
at content_at_jdevents.com

Proposals are no longer being accepted for AD:TECH San
Francisco 2004 and AD:TECH Chicago 2004. The submission
deadline for AD:TECH New York is May 31, 2004. Speaker
guidelines are at http://www.ad-tech.com/tospeak.asp

That's the official scoop. The unofficial scoop is that the
program is pretty much put together under the guidance of
Susan Bratton, the conference chair. You have a better
chance of having your proposal selected if Susan knows who
you are and has indicated a receptiveness to seeing a
speaking proposal from you on a specific topic.
