1 million unique hits/month @ $80,000?

   I am trying to figure out how to bring in 1 million unique hits
per month to our site www.MakeYourMail.com . Our ad budget
will be $80,000 / month. Quite honestly, I can't figure out how
to do it. From what I read, banner ads seem useless for driving
traffic. Pop-ups only annoy.

 Opt-in e-mail lists are criticized as being spammers in disquise.
Our site is an e-mail site, so we absolutely do not want to end up
on a black list. Ezines seem more for small campaigns.
Most How-to articles give tips on how to advertise on a small budget.

   Any ideas would be appreciated.
