We use PR Newswire and the Businesswire, depending on what the client's
goals are at the time. We've found decent success on the local level for
that. I personally have found more success using services like MediaMap
to help me create a list of people to "get to know" that cover my clients'
needs, and then building relationships from there. I seem to have a 50%
coverage ratio for those.
