Hello Steve,
It is perfectly acceptable to resubmit to ODP on a periodic basis. It is
likely that there is no editor for the category that you submitted to. If
the category does have an editor, their handle will be at the bottom of the
category listing. You can click on it and it will bring up the editors
email contact form, bookmarks and categories they manage.
If there is no editor, go ahead and submit to the correct category and send
an email to an editor in the category above the one you submitted to and ask
them to review your site.
Note: I took a quick look at your site. I immediately noticed broken images
in the navigation on the left side (Contact us). This is enough for an
editor to reject your site. Before you resubmit, make sure everything is
working properly and you follow the submission guidelines to the letter.
