Start up of a news project.

Hello,
our team two months ago started a project: www.mosnews.com
It is updated around the clock source of news and images from Russia for
English-speakers all over the world.

Today we have about 5000-6000 visitors a day and do our best to keep
this number growing.

We consider, that it is time for us to start earning money.
I never worked on international internet advertising market before, that
is why I'm asking for advice: what to do first?
Which affiliate program is better: Google or Overture? should we talk
to advertisers direct or with advertising agencies?
