Advertisement "Actions"

Hello everyone,

Once upon a time, a long long time ago, I was actively selling
advertisements. Nowadays, I'm mostly only the buyer. However, time has
come for me again to orient myself on the advertisement selling market
(just to see wether we can get some extra revenue), and I vaguely
remember a type of site where advertisement buyers and advertisement
sellers were brought in contact with each other. The seller placed an
auction or offer for his advertisement on a site, and if you were lucky,
some buyer would be interrested and contact you about this.

This was all a long time ago, but I can't imagine the genre of sites
disappear. Any idea which site I have in mind, or any similar sites ?
