Anyone do media planning?

Greetings:

I have a prospective client that needs to do some vertical
advertising in the tech area. Part of our pitch is the media
buy/plan. Anyone out there interested in partnering up?

I don't need a specific plan right now, but I do need to get an idea
of how much to allocate.

This is not a huge budget, but if you know me, I only take on highly
profitable business.
