Metrics Program-Access_Log Solution

I have 25 websites and need a metrics program for marketing ie. ClickTracks,
WebTrends, Urchin. I will be adding more websites up to 100 in the future. I
will be analyzing lead generation websites. The key is I want to combine
the 25 websites as one analysis and analyze each website individually.
Three companies I worked for used Unix servers and gave me the ability to
combine websites and put them in a access_log for analysis. I am at
Interland with a Windows server and they are saying they are not familiar
with the redirecting websites to one log file. They mentioned there might be
a program that does this.
