the basics
Stop sending spam (if you are)
Stop using affiliates who spam (if you are)
Stop buying lists from bad sources (if you are)
Stop sending to bad addresses (if you are)
Stop using bad ESP (if you are)
Check that your current ESP is respected (doesn't host spammers,
has good contact with ISPs, is not blacklisted) www.dnsstuff.com
has some good investigative tools
Get a new ESP (if need be)
Check your newsletter against common spam filters before sending
(such as http://spamassassin.rediris.es/ - read the "tests
performed" for an idea of things to avoid doing). You might try
one of these free tools to check
