The Popup blocker is a very good tool,
BUT there are quite a few disadvantages.

There are a few applications which require POPUPS.
For example, when you build a website using SelfDC.com,
you click EDIT to modify the website, and it opens in a new
popup window. This window is BLOCKED by the GOOGLE TOOLBAR.
Therefore it breaks the applications.
