Email List Manager for 100K+ Emails

Over the last 2 years, my email newsletter list has grown way too
quickly for me to manage. I now have over 100,000 email subscribers to
which I send a plain text email twice a month. I use a rinky dink
script that I found online to process all the emails. Lately, it's been
giving me some trouble so now I'm on the lookout for a better solution.

I've looked at providers like Lyris, but they're way too expensive when
you have this many subscribers. Can anyone suggest a good software
program or email list hosting provider that would be cost-effective for
100K+ emails. I'm looking to spend $50-100 per month at most.
