We are looking long and hard at an small-ish
outfit called "Chapter Eight", based in Leeds,
here in the UK.

The propose to host and have a CMS developed at
huge expense for the Newspaper industry and then
hived-off as a separate business.

I have no idea if they are any good myself though
they seem to get *rave* reviews from their other
customers.

They did quite a slick professional proposal, is
all I can tell you for certain.
