Hi Cliff,

 Here is my review of your ADASTRO website. Hope it helps!
 When I first got to the site, I didn't understand the affirmative
"business IS rocket science". I think it was better explained
on the sentence "being a rocket scientist requires combining the creativity
to boldly innovate with the ability to plan and execute precise strategy and
process. One small mistake, one detail that is missed, is all that it takes
to destroy years of planning and hard work.", and something like this on the
front page would help understand the concept.
 The use of a random motivacional image in the front page can bring
unexpected results, as it's the only image the user sees, and she first and
foremost look at images. So when the user accesses the website and see a
image with a "@" symbol, she thinks you are an e-mail company. The best
image that I saw following your concept was a chess board with the slogan
"make the right moves", so I'd leave it fixed. Mind you, the user may access
your front page only once and will not notice that the image is a random
motivacional one, and instead connect it whith your company.
 For a company capable of turning my 2 million company into a 20 million
one, I found your design very poor. If the best resource of ADASTRO is Dr.
Cliff Kurtzman, shoudn't his accomplishments be in the front page instead?
