Sites doing Customer Service RIGHT

Between summer vacations and last-minute projects,
insistent clients and out of control bosses... we're busy!
That said, it's our responsibility to occasionally throw a
log on the fire - so here's mine. I'm looking for online
customer service success stories.
I'll be doing two day-long presentations at Jakob Nielsen's
User Experience 2004 Conference in Las Vegas and
Amsterdam in October and November. One day is on
web analytics and I have more than a day's worth of
content for that one!
However, I'm looking for websites that are doing an
especially good job of customer service. Have you been
on the receiving end of some service that, well, delighted you?
Please tell us your story that we may all learn who's doing
this Internet stuff the right way.
