Scott,

 You should use a 301 server side redirect from domain one to domain
two. That will tell the search engines that your site has moved. A 301
redirect can be used on a whole domain, not just one page so that will
take care of moving your domain name. You want to make sure when the
redirect is implemented that it's done for the whole site not just the
homepage. Generally in anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks Google and others
should re-index everything with your new domain name. You should be able
to maintain page rank (your homepage page rank is presently 5) if you
advise all in-bound links to your web site to change to the new domain.
